The 2025 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection release is a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey made from 277 barrels produced in August and September 2005.
This limited edition is non-chill filtered, bottled at 100 proof, and aged on the fifth and sixth floors of Rickhouse Y at Heaven Hill’s main campus. It features a mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, marking it as the oldest wheat whiskey ever released by the distillery and the first of its kind in the Heritage Collection lineup.

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an annual limited-release series showcasing the distillery’s oldest and rarest whiskeys.
With over 2 million barrels aging across seven rickhouse sites in central Kentucky, Heaven Hill’s master craftspeople have been quietly monitoring a select stock reserved for this series. Introduced in 2022, the Heritage Collection shares some of the most mature whiskey in the Heaven Hill portfolio—one release per year, each highlighting a different mashbill and aging profile from the brand’s deep inventory.
This 2025 release was crafted from 277 barrels of wheat whiskey aged 19 years in Rickhouse Y and bottled with full transparency.
The 19-Year Wheat Whiskey uses Heaven Hill’s traditional wheat mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. All barrels were filled in August and September of 2005 and aged for nearly two decades on the 5th and 6th floors of Rickhouse Y. Distillation took place at D.S.P. KY-1 (Bernheim Distillery in Louisville), and bottling occurred at D.S.P. KY-31 (Bardstown). As part of the Heritage Collection, each bottle includes detailed label info to give collectors and enthusiasts a clear view into production and aging.

Here are the official tasting notes for the 19-Year from Heaven Hill Distillery:
Color: Polished mahogany.
Taste: Cinnamon Graham crackers. Rich and sweet with some aged oak and lots of baking spices, particularly cloves.
Finish: Warm, medium length with maple syrup and caramel sweetness. Some tannins at the end and a peppery tingle.
